Now I remember!

June 11, 2008

Uh-oh. The site slipped from my memory there for a while. Sadly while I was gone so did Gaijin, as an email has spurred me into taking action. I’m on the prowl to find Gaijin again and maybe I’ll have an upload right here. In the mean time, in my absence from the scene over the past few (lots) months it would appear theres been a boom in Flash over at www.newgrounds.com however, to clarify you have to be a fan of Tankmen and the Awesome series and some what of a Newgrounder to get the jokes.

Been playing World of Warcraft and my PS3 mostly, doing school work and I’ll have the summer off so I’m sure I’ll be bored lots so I can pay attention to the site again. Maybe I’ll even organize a daily routine of searching for news in the Flash scene, possibly blogging something good everyday. That being said, after this I may not blog for a few days or a week or two. Summer means lots of free time, so I’m sure I’ll want to get into the internet some. I’ve actually been fiddling around with a Flash game using tiles, like a primitive 2D super monkey ball, I’m working on levels and a level designer now and pretty much all the graphics but I doubt I’ll ever finish it. I just don’t like putting myself out there and then getting some attention and some doors open when I know I won’t go through them. Some previous work had been given a few sponsorship offers and I was well off with like 5 animations and 6 games going on in the works, awesome artwork and stuff… Glory days they were. In fact, I never brought it up here, but because I could never commit to making Flash I made this site, to sort of summarize different Flash from different sources for everyone, not just theĀ  popular stuff.

I’m just running my mouth now, off to look for Gaijin!

PC crashed…

August 27, 2007

My Desktop, which I use to do alot of things on the computer didn’t really crash, but the tech guy had to take it away to make it good as new. I have a laptop and I should have posted sooner, but didn’t. I had some away time, as on saturday I went to Canada’s largest comic and gaming expo and the Toronto Convention Center. I got some pictures to show later and saw Adam West.

I also rented Resident Evil 4, for the Wii. It is a splendid game of true craftmanship. I have only played it for a little bit and already I am stunned at the graphic capability of the Wii. If you have a Wii and can get your hands on Resident Evil 4, I highly suggest you do.

A personal note.

I’m going to try to post more often now, and pay more attention to the site. But recently some serious viruses were on my computer and they have affected it. It seems to have its good moments and bad moments. I know there are like no hits for this site, and I’m trying to make a Flash to spread across the web to attract some sort of an audience. After that is done I can pay more attention to the site and have a few more reasons hopefully for posting. And since this is somewhat of a pointless post, I’ll just throw out a link to a Flash to still provide some form of entertainment for you.

To be honest though, this is not really a Flash. This is Beaver & Steve a fun web comic! You may notice that this site is linked to from Calico Monkey, because James Turner was apart of the Emotibot and the Butterfly project with Will Reinhardt. Both their sites are worth checking out everyday.

Click this comic to enter a world of unfeasible adventure!
